By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited is the promoter of this promotion (the “Promoter”).

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the reward, cancellation of the reward or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). This Promotion runs from 1st April 2021 to 31st October 2021 (the “Promotional Period”).

Qualifying Customers must purchase Ideal Vogue Max and/or Ideal Max boilers and boiler packs either in-branch or online during the Promotional Period to qualify for the Promotion (the “Qualifying Goods”).

Any purchases made outside of the Promotional Period, will not count.

Purchases that have been returned within 30 days at the end of the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

The Rewards are limited to one (1) per Qualifying Customer.

Qualifying Customers who are eligible for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Thresholds Rewards will be able to select a Reward from a threshold less than or equal to their eligible threshold. Once this selection has been made, the Qualifying Customer can not amend or cancel this request.

The Rewards are subject to the following conditions:

(i) no cash or other alternatives will be offered;

(ii) they are not transferable; and

Qualifying Customers’ will be notified by Ideal Heating (the “Supplier”) by e-mail and/or telephone (the “Notification”) after 31 October 2021. The Rewards will be available to collect from a City Plumbing branch from week commencing 15th November 2021 until 24th December 2021 once Notification has been received and agreed your collection date with the Supplier. The Promoter reserves the right to amend this date without notice.

Qualifying Customers are responsible for maintaining their correct e-mail and collection branch details with both the Promoter and the Supplier. The Promoter and the Supplier will not be responsible if the Notification is sent to incorrect email addresses or if the Reward is sent to an incorrect branch, where the Qualifying Customers have failed to provide correct or up-to-date information.

The Promoter will securely share the name, account number and Gas Safe Number of the Qualifying Customers with the Supplier in order to distribute the Reward.

Upon collection of the Reward, the Qualifying Customer will be required to participate in a photo taken by the Supplier, which will be used with their name on marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media.

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter or its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Rewards except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents or that of their employees.
